Terms & Conditions
1) Art work: Artwork is $25 per hour and is billed in ½ hour increments. If your art is not camera ready and requires us to modify it in order be able to print, you will be charged accordingly.
2) Cancellations: No cancellations will be accepted for finished merchandise. Cancellations made prior to production will be billed for charges incurred up to that date. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by fax. All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee for blank goods.
3) Payment: All orders are to be paid by check, money order, business check or personal check with identification. All returned checks are subject to a $15.00 fee. A deposit of 50% is required with balance due upon delivery for local customers. Non-local customers must pay in full upfront.
4) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. All products are priced by the piece unless otherwise noted. Certain substrates, which require more time for production, may be subject to an additional cost. Due to the variability of wearable garments and other items we print, we reserve the right to adjust prices upon inspection of the material we are required to print. This is especially true with any item other than T-shirts and sweatshirts.
5) Written Order: Phone orders are accepted, but written orders are highly recommended to ensure accuracy. Big T Graphics will not accept responsibility for sizes, ink color, placement, shipping etc., without written instructions.
6) Production Time: Call to check on current schedule for rush orders. Normal delivery time is 7-10 working days following artwork approval.
